LED Red Phosphor is a rare earth-activated fluorogermanate, which is a deep red phosphor different from sulfide. It has stable chemical properties, excellent aging resistance, wide-spectrum excitation performance, and small-band selectivity of the chip. Under 400-450nm excitation, the powder can achieve deep red luminescence with an emission wavelength of around 655nm.
